Doula Clients get 50% off on group and private classes!
I offer both group classes and private classes. Both go over the same material and are the same length, however group classes have more participants versus private classes would just be you, your partner or birth companion (if applicable) and I. During group classes we will meet once a week for 4 weeks. Location of group classes are subject to change since I unfortunately do not own my own space. Private classes will occur either over zoom or in person at your home, times and dates that we meet can be flexible. Childbirth Education is a great way to prepare for birth and this class is based off of Lamaze's 6 healthy birth practices. My course integrates visual, auditory, and kinesthetic learning styles. I will always have a presentation behind me as I talk to you all about what is up there, and I will integrate activities that you can join in on to get real life practice before your baby is born. Read more about deposits, payment plans and reductions in the "payments and contracts" portion of this page. Feel free to reach out with any questions!
